  • Parent invested in education

    After spending part of my childhood in Menomonee Falls, I returned in 2020 to lay down roots and raise my family in this wonderful community, becoming an active parent in the Menomonee Falls School District. With two children in our district, I care deeply about the quality of education and the experiences that help students grow, learn, and succeed. My interest in education began in college, where I mentored students, and continued when I had the opportunity to teach Social Studies for a brief time. These experiences gave me a lasting appreciation for the dedication of teachers, staff, and everyone who supports our schools.

  • Active community volunteer

    I’m actively involved in our community as a troop leader for second-grade girls. I also volunteer with Little League, PTO events, and my church. Co-leading my troop has shown me the importance of supporting children’s confidence, leadership, and love of learning while partnering with families. These experiences have given me valuable insight into the strengths and needs of our students and families.

    I bring a strong background in Human Resources, with expertise in recruiting, retention, learning, and career growth programs, helping teams and organizations thrive through fair, practical, and supportive practices. I’ve partnered with schools and community organizations to support career readiness programs and apprenticeships, giving students meaningful opportunities to explore multiple pathways after graduation—college, trade, or career-focused. As a strategic leader, I will focus on collaboration and engagement to support educators, retain talented staff, and strengthen connections with families and the broader community.
